Zenith's lobby is almost finished! As you can see here, our dedicated workers are getting ready to lay the carpet. The tile has been installed, the funky wallpaper is up, and the fireplace is here just in time for a warm cozy gathering.
Awesome new outdoor benches are now installed in the courtyard at Zenith. I'm impressed by the modern sleek design and the materials. This is an extremely dense, hard, weather-resistant wood called Ipe or sometimes called Ironwood.

Oh, what a gorgeous site! You can now take a stroll through Zenith's courtyard. Access from the new aloft hotel, 2nd Street, or 9th/10th Avenues in the historic Mill District. Visit anytime!
The bar is open at the new Aloft Hotel in next to Zenith Condos! we had a chance to attend a dry run opening event and had a great time. The public spaces are elegant and high energy and the rooms are very sexy. This is shaping up to be a very successful block. Score another on for the Mill District!
This is the unique wallpaper currently being installed in the large exercise room at aloft Hotel (a vision of the W Hotel brand)that Zenith Residents will have access to. Hotel design is always known to be on the cutting edge of modern design and this energy translates into Zenith's interior finishes and common areas.
Last week they removed the telephone poles on 2nd Street in front of Zenith. While seemingly routine, this is actually a very expensive process. I think a lot of buyers expect it to occur on every project, but it is surprising how few actually do it. Kudo to Zenith for getting this done right up front.

The exterior cladding is going on this week. I think the neighbors are going to be so green with envy they'll be seeing red.
Some of us look great in orange, others...not so hot! No worries, though--you'll be too busy admiring the plans and enjoying the views to care.
