Last week they removed the telephone poles on 2nd Street in front of Zenith. While seemingly routine, this is actually a very expensive process. I think a lot of buyers expect it to occur on every project, but it is surprising how few actually do it. Kudo to Zenith for getting this done right up front.

Goodbye poles
Last week they removed the telephone poles on 2nd Street in front of Zenith. While seemingly routine, this is actually a very expensive process.
