Z-Buzz tracks construction at Zenith Condominiums in downtown Minneapolis' Historic Mill District. Located adjacent to the new Guthrie Theater and overlooking Gold Medal Park, Zenith shares its site and amenities with the trendy new Aloft Hotel (a vision of the W brand.) Construction is underway with occupancy in November 2008.

Right On...love our new blog! I'm Holly Holt. Karie and I are thrilled by the great energy and increase in sales since we have been able to show folks the interior of Zenith. Hard hat tours are now available and everyone is impressed by the design of the spaces and amazed by views! Our city views are my peronal favorite, but the Park, Guthrie and River are beautiful as well. If you haven't been in to see--give us a call. We're at sales center Wednesday thru Sunday, but available by appointment as well. See You Soon!!
