Welcome to Z-Buzz
Z-Buzz tracks construction at Zenith Condominiums in downtown Minneapolis' Historic Mill District. Located adjacent to the new Guthrie Theater and overlooking Gold Medal Park, Zenith shares its site and amenities with the trendy new Aloft Hotel (a vision of the W brand.) Construction is underway with occupancy in November 2008.
