The bar is open at the new Aloft Hotel in next to Zenith Condos! we had a chance to attend a dry run opening event and had a great time. The public spaces are elegant and high energy and the rooms are very sexy. This is shaping up to be a very successful block. Score another on for the Mill District!

Splish-Splash!

The aloft hotel grand opening is just days away! Remember, if you live at Zenith, you'll be able to meet your friends at the bar for a drink, take in a swim at the pool, and never have to put your keys in the ignition! A round on you for the extra bucks you'll be saving on gasoline!

Coolest Wallpaper Ever

This is the unique wallpaper currently being installed in the large exercise room at aloft Hotel (a vision of the W Hotel brand)that Zenith Residents will have access to. Hotel design is always known to be on the cutting edge of modern design and this energy translates into Zenith's interior finishes and common areas.

Goodbye poles

Last week they removed the telephone poles on 2nd Street in front of Zenith. While seemingly routine, this is actually a very expensive process. I think a lot of buyers expect it to occur on every project, but it is surprising how few actually do it. Kudo to Zenith for getting this done right up front.
