Yes...folks are moving in and the owner's of this lovely "B" floor plan have made it nothing short of absolutely "B-eautiful!" We are big fans of the bamboo flooring and dark birch cabinetry. Check out the great wall colors and exquisite taste in furnishing too!

We now have 13 homes closed and 21 new residents at Zenith. We love passing you all in the halls and knowing you're happy in your new homes...welcome!

By Spring, the evening view of our lovely building will be well lit from all sides. We look forward to seeing Zenith residents along the river trails and relaxing by the pool this summer.
