Yes...folks are moving in and the owner's of this lovely "B" floor plan have made it nothing short of absolutely "B-eautiful!" We are big fans of the bamboo flooring and dark birch cabinetry. Check out the great wall colors and exquisite taste in furnishing too!

Wondering how to find us? Zenith is at 901 2nd Street South, in the Mill District, between 9th and 10th Avenues. Use the arrows to call us via the phone entry system just inside the big red door. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the signs to our models at #202 and #201. They're available to enjoy from 12-5:00pm Wednesday-Sunday and by appointment. We'd love to meet you!

Yeah, we're movin on up...!! We've started closings at Zenith; residents are moving into the building, and so are we!

Today is the last day we'll be holding open houses in our lovely double wide. Look for us next week in our stunning models...just come to the front door, call the number posted, and we'll buzz you in.

Zenith's lobby is almost finished! As you can see here, our dedicated workers are getting ready to lay the carpet. The tile has been installed, the funky wallpaper is up, and the fireplace is here just in time for a warm cozy gathering.

Awesome new outdoor benches are now installed in the courtyard at Zenith. I'm impressed by the modern sleek design and the materials. This is an extremely dense, hard, weather-resistant wood called Ipe or sometimes called Ironwood.

From the Wikipedia site: The wood is used for furniture, decking, and other outdoor uses. It has a fire rating of A1 (the highest possible, the same as concrete),and is denser than water (it sinks). It is increasingly popular as a decking material due to its insect resistance and durability.

Have you heard? Oslund and Associates just announced their plans for the 35W Remembrance Garden, remembering the victims of the I-35W bridge. Tom Oslund and crew are the landscape architects who created Gold Medal Park and the lush green courtyard at Zenith. The bar is open at the new Aloft Hotel in next to Zenith Condos! we had a chance to attend a dry run opening event and had a great time. The public spaces are elegant and high energy and the rooms are very sexy. This is shaping up to be a very successful block. Score another on for the Mill District!

Last week they removed the telephone poles on 2nd Street in front of Zenith. While seemingly routine, this is actually a very expensive process. I think a lot of buyers expect it to occur on every project, but it is surprising how few actually do it. Kudo to Zenith for getting this done right up front.

It's Mike's way or the stairway when you go on a hard hat tour at Zenith. Actually...he's quite delightful and gets a perfect landing every time. We'll soon have stair access to all floors, but for now we're enjoying the luxury of the skip hoist and the cheerful serive Mike provides. If you haven't done so already, come on down!!

Design In Zen

Meet Agnes Pomroy. She is the Interior Designer at Zenith. You will be working with Agnes as you begin the interior selection process to your home. Her design background includes over 20 years in interior design. She holds an associates degree in Applied Science in Architectural and Residential Design and is a certified designer in kitchen and bathrooms (CKD). By the end of June, you'll have to check out Agnes' work when the models are complete. Zenith will have 2 furnished and 2 unfurnished fabulous models to enjoy.

Something you'd never guess about Agnes; she's quite the fisherman! Give her a baited pole and a beer and you better bet she'll end up with the max catch. You go Agnes!

We're able to do hard hat tours Wed-Sat now; Saturdays from 11 to 3--a great stop on the way to Farmer's Market or Stone Arch Loop.
